Eligibility:- Those who are in studying in
Schools/Junior Colleges up to Standard
XII only allowed .Entries should be attested by Head of the
Institution/District Chess Assn/State chess Assn.
Round Schedule
Prize Distribution 3.00 P.M
Departure 4 P.M
Rate of play: 90 minutes plus 30 seconds increment per move.
Tie break:
progressive score will apply and prize money will be shared in case
of tie.
AICF Registration
:-AICF Registration Fee of Rs.250 for
2009-10 should be paid or copy of proof of payment sent along with
Entry Fee.
Those who do not pay this Registration
Fee by 11 A.M on 10.8.2009 will not be included in the first round
pairing
TNSCA
Registration Fee:
(payable only by Tamil Nadu players) Rs.70 for 2009-10.
Protest Fee: Rs.300/- protests should be lodged within 15 minutes of
the incident.
Boarding
: Free to all
players. Vegetarian South Indian Morning Breakfast,
Lunch & Dinner (In addition tea, coffee, soft drinks & snacks on
payment)
Lodging: Dormitory type will be provided to all players. (Pillows and blankets will be available for hire
at nominal rate)
Those who need lodging at the School are
requested to inform before 3rd
August otherwise the lodging will not
be provided.
Chess Clock :
All the players are requested to bring the chess clock.
